We share in the concerns of the current COVID-19 pandemic. We are committed to serve you and your furry family members. As always, we are taking precautions to help protect you, but we need your help as well. We are taking extra precautions to limit the number people present in our facility. We are also doing extra cleaning between each appointment and interaction. Please help us by doing the following:
Do not come to the office if you are ill, or have been exposed to someone who is ill. Please call 515-331-9035 if your pet has an urgent need, and we will discuss options to handle the situation appropriately.
Please do not be offended if we distance ourselves more than normal, or do not offer handshakes and hugs as we normally would do. We will likely spend more time with your pets in our treatment areas, and spend less time face to face with you.
We are happy to take your pet on a drop off basis. Staff members are also willing to escort your pet from the car for care and return them to you. Please be sure to bring your phone and charger for these consultations.
Please fill out paperwork provided by the links on our last page prior to arrival. Please call if you have questions about the forms.
Please call ahead for any medications or supplies that you need so we may prepare them and limit wait times.
Please use the link to our online store. Most of your pets' medications and food are available for home delivery. We are happy to assist you over the phone with this process if you have any questions. Call us for a 15% off promo code for first time orders. Our current in-clinic rebates are also available for your orders on this site.
We will keep you posted on any additional changes that may arise. Please take care of yourselves so our furry families can get the care they need during these troubling times!
