We Have Moved to Our New Location!

Our new clinic is located just to the North of the previous clinic across Meredith at 12905 Hickory Dr.  We are still in Urbandale BUT our mailing address is now Grimes so for GPS purposes enter Grimes for the city.  We look forward to seeing you all at the new clinic!!

Dr. Kristin De Vries founded Pet Medical Center of Urbandale to be your other family doctor.  We are a full-service veterinary practice.  Your pet can get everything from vaccinations to surgery, all in one friendly place!
